Our approach
Responsible optimism: AI can strengthen SMEs, mid-caps and large companies, provided there are goals, controls and measurable results.
What an AI agent is
An AI agent is software that carries out tasks using models, data and tools. It does not replace a person’s accountability.
How we align an agent
- Explicit instructions
- Examples of expected results
- Evaluations on your real cases
- Limits: permitted data, tools and actions
- Regular human feedback
This reduces errors and makes them visible; it does not guarantee there will be none. That is why human approval points are defined from the start.
Governance
- Each agent has a human owner, a version and a status.
- Binding decisions (external sending, commercial commitment, invoicing, candidate selection) are reserved for authorised people.
- An agent can be suspended at any time by its owner.
- Automated communications are identified as coming from an AI assistant.
Three stages
-
1
Digital enterprise
People work with SaaS software. Tools automate rules; people execute and decide.
-
2
Agentic enterprise
Each professional relies on AI agents that prepare part of the work using the company’s tools and data.
Illustrative Illustrative example: 1 professional for 10 agents

3
Towards robotics
OutlookOver time, physical execution can be added: robots and drones operated within the same oversight framework.
The ratio between professionals and agents is illustrative. It varies by task and is not a productivity promise. Outlook: BORAMA does not currently offer an operational robotics service.
Our method
- 1
Frame
Goal, tasks in scope, available data and tools, indicators.
- 2
Prototype
A first agent or a first consultant + agents set-up on a small scope.
- 3
Evaluate
Measurement on your real cases, compared with the starting point.
- 4
Deploy under control
Gradual go-live, with a human owner and a suspension procedure.
- 5
Run and improve
Action logs, cost tracking, regular reviews.
